AVMF Participates in Recovery Empowerment Symposium

In response to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, Henry Schein, Inc. joined the Texas Dental Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation, and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Dentistry to host an expert-led symposium to help health care professionals restore and re-open their practices post-natural disaster.

The event, entitled "Recovery Empowerment Symposium: Emerging from the Storm," took place on Saturday, September 23 at the Denton A. Cooley, M.D. and Ralph C. Cooley, D.D.S. University Life Center, 7440 Cambridge St., Houston, Texas, 77054, adjacent to UTHealth School of Dentistry.
