A new scholarship program to support students in veterinary technician programs was announced today by the Zoetis Foundation and the American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF). The Zoetis Foundation Veterinary Technician Scholarship program will provide $1,000 scholarships to up to 270 students. This program is funded by a grant from the Zoetis Foundation and will be managed by the AVMF.
In the wake of the devastating flooding in Kentucky that has claimed at least 37 lives and left hundreds more unaccounted for or homeless, the American Veterinary Medical Foundation is launching a fundraising effort to support the state's veterinary community.

The American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF) and the Veterinary Pharmacology Research Foundation (VPRF) have selected two veterinary researchers as recipients of the organizations’ 2021-2022 pharmacology research grants.
