Scholarships

Mildred Cole Sylvester Scholarship 

 

Mildred C. Sylvester left a bequest to the American Veterinary Medical Foundation as a perpetual scholarship for students attending an accredited college of veterinary medicine in the United States. Applicants interested in pursuing a career in animal health studies, shelter medicine, or disaster preparedness and response efforts are preferred.

    seeks a career in public health and disease prevention, and disaster preparedness and response
•  Matthew Edson, Kansas State University, Class of 2011, seeks a career in large animal medicine
     and emergency response
