“I aim to be a pivotal contributor to the development and approval of veterinary pharmaceuticals. Whether working within the pharmaceutical industry or a governmental agency, my goal is to lead interdisciplinary teams focused on research, development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and ethically produced pharmaceutical products. My expertise in field trials, particularly phase III experiments for drug approval, combined with a profound understanding of livestock management, will enable me to contribute effectively to the creation of regulations that ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of veterinary drugs and products.
I am deeply honored to receive the Veterinary Pharmacology Fellowship and sincerely appreciate the generous support from VPRF, AVMF, and AAVPT. I am excited to deepen my expertise and collaborate with others in the field. This fellowship will not only support my professional growth but also enable me to contribute back to the veterinary community. I am truly grateful for the trust and confidence placed in our work.”

“My goals are to become a faculty member at a prestigious University and to be recognized both nationally and internationally for my excellent research and contributions to veterinary pharmacology. Earning this fellowship will support my PhD training by advancing my research knowledge and skills, allowing me to conduct high-level veterinary pharmacology research that will benefit animal patients. I would like to have a laboratory where I can conduct research in clinical pharmacology and mentor masters and PhD students in clinical pharmacology, contributing to the advancement of the field and improving therapeutic approaches for veterinary patients.
Thanks to the AVMF/VPRF fellowship, I will be able to conduct excellent research in veterinary pharmacology and make a meaningful impact in veterinary practice. This fellowship will help me acquire pharmacokinetic analysis software and attend conferences where I can present my findings and share insights with the academic community. I am very grateful to the AVMF/VPRF and my mentor, Dr. Heather Knych, for this wonderful opportunity. ”
